Volunteers:

Many volunteers are needed to make Project Homeless Connect a success. We need people for the following roles:

• Street outreach to consumers
• Navigators or guides for the consumers
• Data collection and evaluation
• Food
• Preparation
• Child care
• Time keepers to manage waiting lists

If you’d like to volunteer, call 408-451-4001. First-time volunteers should plan to attend a training session to familiarize yourself with the philosophy and history of Project Homeless Connect and learn about how you will be assisting the homeless residents of our community.

Visitors to PHC 5 have many needs. We are looking for donations of the following:

• Toiletries such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, deodorant, combs and hairbrushes
• New socks and under garments
• New t-shirts and sweatshirts
• Gloves
• Shaving supplies
