In partnership with the Full Circle Fund and Charities Housing Development Corporation, Bay Area LISC (Local Initiatives Support Corporation) commissioned this study to quantify the full extent of current affordable housing needs in Santa Clara County and to provide a basis for raising the capital needed to adequately house the county’s diverse population. Though a variety of local jurisdictions and nonprofit organizations across the region regularly prepare housing policy reports and strategies, this report will examine the housing crisis in Silicon Valley comprehensively and for the first time clearly delineate a solution to ending the crisis over the next 20 years.The Villa
